HOLISTIC therapist Carol Rainford took a group of Reiki healers on a special journey when they sat their Reiki masters exam.
The 12 students went on a voyage of discovery to the world famous ancient pagan monument, Stonehenge.
Penketh woman Sue Chorley, aged 45, was one person to make the trip of a lifetime. She has been practising Reiki healing for the past two years and completing her masters at the ancient monument site was the perfect culmination. Sue said: "It was very intensive.
"We were there for a full weekend, but it made it really special to complete my masters at Stonehenge.
"We were at Stonehenge when the sun went down - it was just as it was meant to be. The stones were really hot to touch, even an hour after the sun went down."
Being a Reiki master now qualifies Sue to become a Reiki teacher.
