Mrs Emily Hankinson, wife of the late Mr Frederick Hankinson, died of bronchopneumonia on May 7. She was 83.
Mrs Hankinson, of Culcheth, lived in Warrington all her life.
She was first employed at Thomas Locker & Son as a weaver, then had many part-time jobs while bringing up her family.
Mrs Hankinson enjoyed playing bingo, listening to the Glenn Miller Sound, watching Warrington Rugby League Club, travelling around the country, and evenings out at Bennett's Social Club.
She leaves three daughters, two sons, 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
A service was held on May 17 at Walton Lea, followed by cremation.
Arrangements were made by Co-operative Funeral Services.
