Mr Neil David Hines, husband of Mrs Stefanie Hines, died in a road traffic accident on March 24. He was 38.
Mr Hines, of Cobden Street, lived in Warrington all his life.
He was last employed at Safeway Distribution Centre, for three years, and had previously worked at Textron Fastenings, Racal Datacom and Locker's.
Mr Hines loved golf and was a member of Poulton Park Golf Club. As a youngster he played for Fife Rangers Football Club, and qualified as a junior football referee. He supported Warrington Wolves and Liverpool Football Club, and loved going on holiday and having days out with his family.
He leaves his wife, three sons, a daughter, his parents and a sister.
A service was held on April 2 at St Barnabas' Church, Lovely Lane, prior to interment at Fox Covert. The Rev Karen Timmis officiated.
Arrangements were made by A Maddock & Son.
