SUPER fit school kid Jono Roberts from Ss Peter and Paul's school has raised more than £200 for a breast cancer charity after biking to Spike Island from Penketh with his dad, Keith.
The sporty 13-year-old thought of the idea himself after two family members had cancer scares.
He collected sponsors from friends and neighbours in Halton View and did the four-mile ride on Saturday. Proud mum, Dawn, said: "He's a cheeky so and so but he loves riding his bike and I'm really proud of him."
