THERE seems to be a belief that those of us opposed to hunting are opposed to the control of foxes.

I understand fully the need to control an animal that would otherwise be a pest but what I will never understand is how people can justify turning it into entertainment.

When the council is called in to deal with wasps, mice or rats they don't feel the need to dress up like clowns and race round the area blowing bugles, so why should it be necessary for foxes?
