I WAS reading the World and saw the story about dog fouling. It makes me really mad when people don't pick it up in public.
There are a lot of young children who walk on pathways and grass, they get it all over themselves and it is not fair to people who have to walk around here.
I have two dogs and I always clean it up after them because I have to walk the same path as the dogs.
I am made up that the fine is coming out, it might make people think twice.
We need doggie bins. There are none here at all, but I think it would be good to have them, but there's always "no money".
I hope people read this letter and understand how bad the fouling in Runcorn is.
