SEVEN new bowls instructors have been trained up at Moorfield junior bowls club thanks to a grant from Halton Council.
After receiving £739.50 from Halton Council the bowls enthusiasts from Halton and Warrington began the British Crown Green coaching scheme instructor's course to become registered instructors.
The extra instructors and equipment could mean an expansion for the club in the future so that young people from all over the town will be able to take part in this growing trend.
