A LACKLUSTRE Runcorn side deservedly found themselves 1-0 down at the interval after being under relentless pressure.
The second half was a completely different encounter, as the visitors created plenty of chances and went close with efforts from Johno Harrison, Adam Mulvey and man of the match Lewis Fenlon.
Anto Ellison got the equaliser after Chris Thompson the Runcorn 'keeper pulled off a superb save.
