WARRINGTON karate stars have attended the last Northern England squad training session before the Venice Cup Karate Tournament starts in Italy on December 18.
The session was held at the new English Institute of Sport stadium in Sheffield. In attendance were Cheshire Martial Arts Club members Michelle Hey, Sarah-Louise Conlin, Laura Harding, Hannah Laidlaw and Adele Shaw.
Sarah-Louise recently won a silver medal in the adult female kumite (fighting) category at the North East Open Karate Tournament in Sunderland.
She entered the event while on a weekend holiday with her family.
