RANGERS in Sankey Valley Park are hoping walkers will swap chocolates and flowers for their walking boots on Valentines Day this year and take part in the longest walk ever held at the park.
The mighty hike starts at 9am on Sunday and will use the Trans Pennine trail to Thelwall and return via the Bridgewater Canal and Walton during the 13 mile trek.
Meet at the Waterways car park, off Cromwell Avenue.
