GREAT Sankey parish council wants to make it clear that the boxing training sessions taking place at Whittle Hall Community Centre are open to children with disabilities as well.
The five-week course, which is being run by Phoenix Amateur Boxing Club on Fridays at 7.30pm, has been working with youths who are profoundly deaf as well as people in wheelchairs.
Young people aged 11 to 19, male or female, are all welcome to attend the sessions. For more information call 07886 949568.
