PUPILS at Woolston Community Primary School have joined other schools in baking cakes in aid of the Haiti disaster.
Year five students have been making cakes, priced at 20p, and selling them at break times. The school has raised more than £250 with the bake fest.
Siobhan Regan was in charge of the cake making pupils.
She said: “I am so proud of all the children, the response from the whole school has been phenomenal.
“Staff, parents and other children have also made cakes for the class to sell, which is fantastic.”
