“I’m proud of Warrington because it is taking a lead in providing a better environment for us all by moving towards a 20 mph speed limit for residential roads.
“Because it has a set of councillors who have responded to community for lower speeds to make their streets safer.
“Because it now has a head of transport who is prepared to find out ‘how we can’ rather then ‘why we can’t’.”
