A CLAMPDOWN on speeding drivers in Stretton has been the focus of the police after complaints from the parish council.
Community Support Officers have been concentrating on Stretton Road in particular.
They found that the number of offending vehicles had reduced over the past few months.
The regular presence of CSOs was considered to have resulted in drivers reducing their speed.
