EVERYONE is welcome to join in the celebrations for Stockton Heath Walking Day.
Churches from the area will be united for the event that this year is themed Hope Together.
A service will take place in Alexandra Park on Saturday at 2pm with the walk starting at 2.30pm.
The end of the first Stockton Heath Festival will be marked with a Festival of Praise service at St Thomas’s Church, London Road, on Sunday.
The two-hour service that starts at 4.30pm will feature guest choir, Consort, school choirs, readings, poems and hymns based on the TV series Songs of Praise.
Everybody is welcome to attend the lively music service.
