Jean Shephard inspects the new look hall
VISITORS to Thelwall Parish Hall can enjoy some extra comfort after a revamp was carried out. The hall, on Bell Lane, has been fitted out with new toilets as well improved kitchen facilities to help it meet modern standards. And the new look was officially revealed at a special lunch organised by members of the nearby All Saints Church.
