NEW data shows the areas of Warrington with the most dangerous drivers.
Obtained by Swansway Motor Group from the DVLA, the data shows the postcodes where residents have the highest amount of combined penalty points on their licences.
Some of the most common reasons for people getting points on their licence include speeding, using a mobile device while driving, careless driving, dangerous driving, and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
In Warrington, the data, which consists of the total number of licences and total number of penalty points, is split across five different postcodes.
WA5 came out with the highest number of points at 2,892 across 51,828 licences.
Next was WA5 with 2,539 points across 42,053 licences.
While WA3 was third with 40,489 licences and 2,363 points.
Fourth was WA2 with 31,317 licences and 1,533 points.
Meaning WA1 has the least amount of dangerous drivers, with 19,037 licences and 987 points.
Across the whole of the north wet, Bacup in Lancashire was found to have the most dangerous drivers based on points per population.
