THE most affordable postcode areas in Warrington to buy a property have been revealed.
With constant inflation rises, the opportunity for first time buyers to get a mortgage offer that is affordable and reasonable is extremely difficult.
This is leaving people either not moving out or resulting in renting a home instead.
Responding to this ongoing change, Cardinal Steels and Online Marketing Surgery have created their House Price Report, which helped rank postcodes in Warrington based on their average house price.
The cheapest postcode to purchase a house was the WA2 postcode, with house prices averaging at £210,589.
Meanwhile the area with the highest house prices is Lymm and the WA13 postcode area – the average house price coming in at £422,602.
