THERE is a £1.5 million price tag on a futuristic scheme to replace a closed office with homes in a Warrington village.
The plot of land, which has full planning for 10 new homes, is located on Knutsford Road in Grappenhall.
Planning consent for the development was consented back in November by Warrington Borough Council.
It concerns the demolition of the existing office building and redevelopment of the site for 10 homes – 20 per cent of which will be affordable.
Plans also state there will be revised means of vehicular access, associated landscaping, biodiversity net gain, parking, refuse bin storage, and private package treatment plant.

It is listed on Zoopla with a price tag of £1,500,000.
