CAN you give this unlucky cat his forever home?

Poor Steve recently had to have a broken leg amputated after suffering a break from a fall from a considerable height.

The two-year-old is currently in the care of Warrington Animal Welfare, a dedicated animal shelter based off Slutchers Lane near the town centre.

Staff describe him as ‘beautiful, friendly and loving’, and they are hopeful they can find him a caring home where he can enjoy life.

The Warrington Animal Welfare team said: “Steve is a two-year-old ragdoll and was sadly found straying.

“It seems this poor boy has fallen from a considerable height as he was found with a fractured back leg.

“Unfortunately, the leg could not be saved, and poor Steve had to have his rear leg amputated this week.

“He is recovering well and we are all smitten with Steve at WAW. He is such a beautiful, friendly and loving boy, he loves human company and a good old fuss.

“If you can offer Steve the five-star home he deserves, please submit your application via our website.”
