HOW times have changed.
Do you recognise the location in this picture from our archives?
It shows Longbarn, Woolston and beyond in 1974, and you can probably spot the Thelwall Viaduct in the background.
The building is Lythgoes Farmhouse on Woolston Grange, with the picture taken from near Longbarn Railway Bridge.
The area is almost totally unrecognisable now.
Because huge new estates were built in the 1970s, in many cases creating families, friendships and communities which have last a generation.
