THOUSANDS packed into the centre of Lymm on Christmas Eve for a village traditions.
Carols From the Cross sees the centre of Lymm closed to traffic and villagers enjoying a festive sing-a-long.
Organised by Lymm Parish Council and Cheshire's Mix 56 radio station, it saw carols from 7pm until 8pm.
And the whole event was broadcast live on the radio for those who did not fancy braving the December weather.
The fun, festive night was sponsored by E Smith and Son Plant Centre.
Organisers have thanked everyone who attended to make the evening so special.
