A PLAYFUL cat who is missing a back leg was facing being put to sleep due to his owner moving away.
However, staff at beloved charity Warrington Animal Welfare are looking to find him a pur-fect match.
Patch, staff at the Slutchers Lane site, near the town centre, say Patch the cat loves playing outside, as well as snuggling up inside.
Anyone who could give him a loving home is encouraged to submit an application.
Staff say: “This is Patch, who is just the most beautiful boy.
“Patch was surrendered to Warrington Animal Welfare as his owner was moving away and Patch was facing being put to sleep.
“Patch has part of his rear leg missing from birth, but this does not halter him in anyway at all.
“He loves to play out in the garden and have his own cat adventures chasing bugs and leaves, and then cosy afternoons snuggled up on the couch.
“He is such a wonderful boy, he is really friendly, and whoever adopts Patch will be hitting the jackpot.
“If you would like to submit an application to adopt patch and give him the five-star home he deserves, please submit your application.”
