A LYMM businessman has set a himself the challenge of running half marathons throughout November - and he wants your help.
Sam Caddick, owner of SJC Physio and co-owner of The MVMT Room in Lymm, has set a target of running four half marathons over the four weekends in November to raise money for prostate cancer.
As well as growing a moustache over the course of the month, Sam will run a half marathon each weekend, including one in Lymm next Sunday, November 19, in which he’ll run a 5k loop four times around the village.
He has invited members of The MVMT Room (and others) to join him on a loop to show their support, with guarantees the pace will be set to a manageable pace for all!
Sam said: “Prostate cancer doesn’t get as much awareness as it should, so I wanted to do something that would help to change that this month.
"I’ve done one half marathon already, and I’m looking forward to having a running party join me on the 19th, which hopefully will be quite a sight for people in Lymm. Please do wave and shout any encouragement as you seen us run past!”
