AN award-winning environmental consultancy company has announced its residency at one of Warrington's business parks.

The Environmental Partnership (TEP) has now set up shop at Birchwood Park, the north west's largest out-of-town business destination.

Established in 1997, TEP now has five offices and employs more than 150 people - the company says it is 'delighted' to open its new workspace in Birchwood.

TEP offers multi-disciplinary environmental services supporting sustainable development across the UK, to clients such as Homes England, National Grid, the National Trust and many other household names.

The company has taken up residency on Faraday Street, in one of the park's flagship buildings.

Associate director at TEP Lindsey Cunniff, said: “We’re delighted to be moving to Birchwood Park.

"There is a strong sense of community on the park, in addition to its sustainability commitments, and these factors played a significant part in our decision to relocate.

“The park’s active travel plan, wellbeing initiatives and high-quality working environment were also driving factors behind our move, and the process has been efficient and straightforward due largely to the support of the Birchwood Park letting team.”

Martin O’Rourke, commercial director at Birchwood Park, added: “It’s a privilege to welcome TEP to Birchwood Park.

"Prior to their relocation, we have worked with TEP to further solidify our ESG commitments and ambition to become net zero.

“Similar to our park, TEP invests in the wellbeing of its staff.

"We are confident that the facilities and staff support available at the park will be invaluable to TEP and we look forward to working with them as they continue to grow and innovate."
