DANGEROUS parking continues to be a problem in a Warrington village.
Over the last few months, Lymm Police have handed out a number of fixed penalty notices to drivers.
The shocking parking varies from parking on zig-zags to completely blocking the pavement and leaving no safe place for pedestrians to walk.
Yesterday evening, Wednesday, three fixed penalty notices were handed out.
The fines relate to parking which blocked the pavement on Oughtrington Lane, Bridge Close, and in centre of Lymm.
Lymm Police officers shared these updates in a Facebook post and a number of people took to the comments to thank the force.
One person said: “Brilliant, no consideration for pedestrians, buggies, or mobility scooters.”
While another said: “Excellent! Keep it up. A daily post on this would be great.”
