YOBS torched a shed in an arson attack in Latchford.
Firefighters were called to reports of a shed on fire on Chester Road shortly after 7pm last night, Thursday.
Crews used a hose reel jet to extinguish the blaze.
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “It is believed the fire was started deliberately.”
Crews from Warrington and Birchwood were at the scene for around an hour.
Anyone with information should call Cheshire Police on 101.
Minutes early, just before 7pm, firefighters were called to a tree that was on fire in Somerset Way, Woolston.
Crews used a water backpack to put out the fire and a thermal imaging camera to check for further hotspots within the tree.
