FOLLOWING their recent promotion to the Vanarama National League North for the 2023/24 season, Warrington Town FC have secured another big win.

As they have been bumped up a division following their victory over Bamber Bridge, the Yellows will feature in the next instalment of the ever-popular Football Manager video game series.

Warrington Town FC defeated Bamber Bridge 1-0 on Monday, May 1, securing promotion into the National League North for the first time.

Isaac Buckley-Ricketts came off the bench to score the winner, turning home Jay Harris’ shot and squeezing it beyond the keeper and into the bottom corner.

The Football Manager series gives players the freedom to choose a team to become the manager of throughout a season, making important decisions such as signings, sackings, and contract negotiations.

Launched in 1992 as Championship Manager, the game has been released annually with the latest squads, rankings, and divisions for players to choose from.

Now, having secured their place in the next flight up, Warrington Town will become the latest team available for management in the popular video game series.
