GEMINI business park has seen its final development be completed with the construction of 18 new units.

The final plot of land was snapped up by global investors Chancerygate and Hines, and comprises 119,600 square feet of land.

Chancerygate development director and head of the company’s Warrington office, Mike Walker, said: “We are very pleased to have delivered the first new build, Grade A multi-unit industrial and warehousing development of this type in the Warrington area for more than 10 years.

“Its excellent strategic location means Gemini8 is one of the most prominent business parks between the Manchester and Liverpool conurbations.

"It will see businesses that locate here best placed to serve both of them, as well as the wider North West region.”

The various industrial units taking up the final plot of land on the business park range in size from 3,900 square feet to 16,500 square feet.

Developers of the site also have properties in Knutsford, Edinburgh, Dublin, Leeds, and Milton Keynes.

The site is seen as being a valuable spot for businesses given it is located less than three miles away from the centre of Warrington, and also provides direct access to the M62.

This development's completion means that all principle construction work has been finished on the business park, paving the way for a wave of businesses to flock to Warrington's newest industrial area.
