UNITED Utilities will be relocating its administritive division to the new giant office space at Lingley Mere Business Park, in Great Sankey.
Joint venture partners, Muse Developments and United Utilities Property Solutions, are expected to start on site by the beginning of May.
The park aims to attract more blue chip companies to the area and has a further 40 acres available for development.
