A GROUP of travellers were spotted moving onto a large car park in Orford last night.
The car park is used as an overflow car park by guests at Orford Jubilee Hub and Decathlon, on Jubilee Way and Winwick Road.
A number of caravans were sighted moving into the area last night.
The caravans and associated vehicles - around 10 in total - were reported as arriving between 9pm and 9:30pm last night, Tuesday, September 20.
Travellers were reported in Croft earlier in the day, having set up an unauthorised encampment on Heath Lane.
Cheshire West and Chester county council confirmed that travellers have moved onto the car park site in Orford, which is a council-owned piece of land.
The report suggests that seven caravans have moved onto the site.
It also says that an officer will attend the scene as soon as possible.
