WHILE he may be all about hard running and big tackles on the pitch, Ben Murdoch-Masila is a gentle giant off it.
With his message of apology to Huddersfield prop Matty English last night, he showed exactly why.
Just four minutes into The Wire's 19-18 win over the Giants, Murdoch-Masila's shoulder made contact with English's head, knocking the youngster out cold.
He needed to be taken from the field on a stretcher after a long stoppage but thankfully, he came round shortly afterwards and was able to watch the remainder of the game from the stands.
At full time, though, the Tongan international - who was sin binned for the tackle by referee Ben Thaler - was quick to send English his best wishes.
Apologies @mattyenglis wish you a speedy recovery pal 🙏🏽 wasn’t intentional at all mate.

And it seems there was no crying foul from English either...
Thank you mate- no hard feelings at all!
