IT was all systems go at Warrington Wolves as soon as the game was over on Sunday.

We have had a fantastic response so far with more than 2,000 tickets sold online from Sunday into Monday morning and more through the shop.

We really need that support at Wembley.

Every neutral will be shouting for Catalans Dragons so we need an army of primrose and blue to follow us down to Wembley.

The semi-final was a fantastic initiative by the RFL with the double header. It meant that the games were sold out for the first time in history.

I was really proud we got the biggest following with 7,300. I spoke to Mike Lomax (Wolves director) as we came out and saw the Leeds Rhinos support and it was a proud moment to see us outnumber them by two to one.

A lot of work goes on in the weeks before the semi-final actually to prepare for Wembley, in terms of hotels and logistics by all four clubs in the semi-final, so we can just push the button after the game.

With the short turnaround (just three weeks between the semi and the final) we have got to be well prepared.

For now the attention turns to Super League for the next weeks. We want to secure our place in the top four and try to get in the top two, accepting that St Helens will finish first.

First up we have a Challenge Cup dress rehearsal with Catalans which will be a really tough game.

On Saturday we hosted the women's Challenge Cup final which was fantastic for us and a boost as we look to host the women's World Cup Final in 2021.

We want to be an inclusive sport and provide a platform for women to play. And hosting a world cup final would be great for the town and for the sport.

We are keen to get a women's side going as well, run through the foundation.
