Penketh and Sankey Conservative Club on Meeting Lane
PLANNING permission has been granted for Penketh and Sankey Conservative Club to make repairs to the roof.
Documents that were submitted at the start of June to Warrington Borough Council outline the need for the replacement of a leaking flat roof at the front of the building.
The existing flat roof is to be removed to create a shallow pitched roof in line with the pitched roof at the back of the club.
The new roof will match the white horizontal UPVC cladding.
