A NEW allergy support group has been formed in Warrington.
The anaphylaxis support group will meet for the first time on Thursday, July 19, at the Olive Tree Community Centre in Penketh from 7.30pm to 9pm.
Lynne Regent, chief executive of severe allergy charity Anaphylaxis Campaign, said: "It's brilliant a support group is starting in the Warrington area.
"Many people in the general population do not understand just how serious allergy and anaphylaxis can be.
"Our support group provide a vital touch point for affect families and individuals and are a really positive way for them to support each other."
Places are free but donations are welcomed.
