THOUSANDS packed out Victoria Park in Warrington on day one of the Neighbourhood Weekender yesterday, Saturday.
Revellers enjoyed big name artists on the main stage including The Courteeners, Jake Bugg and Miles Kane.
Acts such as Starsailor and Sundara Karma played on the second stage, while performances from an array of bands on the third stage featured King No One and Red Faces.
The Neighbourhood Inn also hosted a range of entertainment including a set from DJ Starship.
The large crowds who turned out could not have wished for a nicer day to sample the carnival atmosphere.
Today, Sunday, acts such as Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Blossoms, Editors and The Coral will grace the last day of the festival.
