HOMEBUILDER Redrow is set to launch the first phase of its development on land off Sophia Drive on Saturday.

A new sales office will open its doors at The Brook at Taylor’s Chase where buyers can find out more about the first homes on sale and wider plans for the 158-home development.

Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes, said: “The development will eventually boast homes to suit buyers on all rungs of the property ladder, from first-time buyers to families wanting to expand and move up.

“As well as two-bedroom apartments, there will be two and three-bedroom mews properties, three-bedroom semi-detached homes and three and four-bedroom detached homes, along with 48 starter homes.”

The homes all hail from Redrow’s arts and crafts-inspired Heritage Collection which combines traditional looking exteriors with bright and modern interiors, boasting high ceilings and an excellent specification.

The Brook is the first of two developments at Taylor’s Chase with The Oaks set to launch later this year with a range of three, four and five-bedroom detached homes. Both are part of the larger development, Omega Warrington.

Claire added: “Our homes will be a good addition to the area and we are pleased to be part of a project which combines good public transport links with excellent access to the M62, and close proximity to shops, services and schools, including the new Barrow Hall Primary.”

Fully furnished show homes and a sales suite are due to open at The Brook in the autumn.

The sales office will be open Thursday to Monday, from 10am to 5.30pm.
