A MOTORIST has been freed from their car on the M6 after a crash involving two cars this morning, Wednesday.
The motorway was fully closed southbound shortly after 9.30am this morning following the incident between junction 21a at Croft and junction 21 at Woolston.
Three fire engines were at the scene.
All lanes have now re-opened and traffic has returned to normal.
