Man charged with going equipped for theft
POLICE have charged a man with going equipped to steal.
On Saturday, officers found someone in possession of a tin foil lined bag in Warrington town centre.
Police arrested a man on suspicion of going equippred to steal.
Officers today said the man has been questioned and charged in connection with the offence.
