A MAN has died after falling from the Thelwall Viaduct this morning.
Police have confirmed they are not treating the death as suspicious after officers were called to the northbound carriagway of the M6 today, Tuesday at 9.25am.
A force spokesman said: "Police were called to the Thelwall Viaduct on the M6 northbound between junction 20 and 21 following reports of a man having fallen from the bridge.
"Sadly the man died at the scene.
"Officers are currently establishing the circumstances but it is not believed to be suspicious at this stage.
"The next of kin are being informed and a file will be prepared for the coroner."
