A TEACHER has bid a fond farewell to the school that has been her second home for the past three decades.
Lydia Pritchard has worked at the school at St Philip Westbrook CE Primary School since it opened 30 years ago but she is now looking forward to her retirement.
Pupils sang some of her favourite songs and some teachers performed a farewell dance.
Head teacher Jacqueline Wightman presented Mrs Pritchard with a book that contained pictures, poems and messages.
