A MAN has appeared in court after police shut down a cannabis factory in Orford.
Tho Nguyen, of no fixed abode, was arrested after officers raided a house on Laira Street on Monday as part of the force's continued efforts to tackle the supply of drugs in the town.
After being questioned by detectives, the 33-year-old was charged with the production of cannabis.
He appeared at Warrington Magistrates' Court today, Tuesday.
The case has been listed to continue tomorrow, Wednesday.
