Queues on the M6 stretching back to Lymm after earlier accident
THERE were long delays on the M6 southbound with queues stretching back to junction 20 for the Lymm Interchange after an accident earlier.
The crash happened between junction 19 for Knutsford and junction 18 for Middlewich / Holmes Chapel and two of the three lanes were closed.
All lanes have now reopened and reportedly no one has been injured.
Motorists were warned to expect delays of up to 50 minutes but traffic is now clearing.
