Planning permission to turn a builders yard on Greenway into a canteen and store facility for Dante Group has been refused by Warrington Borough Council.
WARRINGTON Borough Council has refused planning permission for a new building for an air condition supplier in Paddington.
Dante Group had submitted a planning application for a new two-storey building on Greenway that would have housed storage and canteen facilities for the adjacent Dante House.
The 305sq m site, which is presently a builders yard, would have operated between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
But the council has rejected the planning application due to concerns over its proximity to other buildings and the potential impact on road safety.
