FIREFIGHTERS were called to reports of a tumble dryer fire in Lymm and a tree in flames in Birchwood last night, Wednesday.
At around 5pm crews from Stockton Heath and Knutsford arrived at a house on The Crescent in Lymm where smoke was coming from a dryer.
The appliance was taken out of the building and special fans were used to clear the smoke.
Later at around 8.30pm a crew from Birchwood was called to Admirals Road where a tree was in flames.
Firefighters used a water backpack to put out the fire and luckily nobody was reported hurt at either of the incidents.
