Fire in woodland near Whitecross Road
FIREFIGHTERS were called to woodland near Whitecross Road after reports of a small fire on the land.
A crew from Warrington Fire Station was called to the scene at around 7.55pm last night, Tuesday, and used a water backpack to put out the flames.
Luckily nobody was reported hurt.
