THIS is the terrifying moment a number of youths were spotted climbing on top of the roof of the Cabinet Works in Warrington town centre.

The footage was caught on camera by a shocked witness on Tuesday.

But this is not the first time the onlooker has witnessed this type of behaviour at the historic site on Barbauld Street.

Last Friday, March 24, he once again noticed youths risking their lives to climb on top of the building, which was founded in 1824 with the iconic tower constructed in 1906.

It is understood the police were alerted to the scene on both occasions.

Cheshire Police have been contacted for a comment.
