FIREFIGHTERS were called to three separate bin fires in one afternoon.
At around 3.50pm yesterday, a crew from Warrington Fire Station was on the scene of a wheelie bin fire on Grasmere Avenue, which they put out with water.
But less than an hour later, at around 4.45pm, firefighters were called to Grasmere Avenue again to extinguish another bin fire.
Later at 7.10pm a fire engine was called to Kinnock Park in Burtonwood, where another bin was in flames.
Firefighters used hand extinguishers to put out the fire.
Luckily no casualties were reported at any of the incidents.
