GAVIN DODD of Widnes Vikings scored a club record 38 points as they ran up a club record-equalling score with their 90-4 (16 tries) win at Doncaster Lakers in a Co-operative National League One match.

Dodd scored three tries and 13 goals to beat the previous record 34 points shared by: Andy Currier (5t, 7g) v Featherstone Rovers, 25 September 1988 (League); Jonathan Davies (4t, 9g) v Whitehaven, 26 August 1990 (Lancashire Cup-tie).

Widnes set the club record score with a 90-6 (16 tries) home League defeat of York on 18 February 2001.

DONCASTER RECORD DEFEAT.

DONCASTER LAKERS conceded a club record score with their 90-4 (16 tries) home defeat against Widnes Vikings in the Co-operative National League One. Their previous biggest defeat was 75-3 (15 tries) at home to Leigh in a League match on 28 March 1976.

TRY SCORING SEQUENCE.

MARCUS GEORGE of Halifax has scored tries in five successive matches as follows: 2 - 1 -1 -1 - 2.

WINNING RUNS.

ST. HELENS have won seven successive matches, consisting of five engage Super League and two Carnegie Challenge Cup-ties. Their last defeat was 38-19 at Leeds Rhinos on 21 April.

WIDNES VIKINGS have won 10 successive matches, consisting of all eight Co-operative National League One matches and two Northern Rail Cup-ties. Their last defeat was 24-34 at home to Wigan Warriors in the fourth round of the Carnegie Challenge Cup on 1 April.

LOSING RUNS.

BLACKPOOL PANTHERS have lost 24 successive matches - seven National League Two matches last season, six Northern Rail Cup games this year plus a Carnegie Challenge Cup-tie and 10 Co-operative National League Two matches. Their last win was 38-36 at Gateshead Thunder on 15 July 2006.

MILESTONES.

MARCUS ST HILAIRE of Bradford Bulls scored the 100th try of his career with one in the 52-20 home defeat of Huddersfield Giants in the quarterfinals of the Carnegie Challenge Cup. The utility back has scored 46 for Huddersfield, 39 Leeds, 11 Bradford and 4 England.

GRAHAM HOLROYD of Halifax scored the 100th try of his career with one in the 58-8 Co-operative National League One win at Batley Bulldogs. His century consists of 50 for Leeds, 6 Halifax, 8 Salford and 36 Doncaster. He also played for Huddersfield and in two representative matches without touching down.

SIMON BALDWIN of Rochdale Hornets needs one try for a career century of touchdowns. He has scored 44 for Leigh Centurions, 2 Sheffield Eagles, 32 Halifax, 18 Salford, 2 Rochdale and one for National League One.

LEE BRIERS of Warrington Wolves needs two tries for a career century of club and representative touchdowns. The half back has scored one for St. Helens, 87 for Warrington and 10 in representative matches.

STANLEY GENE of Hull Kingston Rovers needs three tries for a career century of touchdowns for the club.
