RESIDENTS are being invited to a garden party at the Town Hall to celebrate the Queen’s 90th birthday.
Warrington Borough Council is inviting residents to bring their own picnic to have on the rear lawn of the Town Hall, accompanied by live entertainment including music from Warrington Brass Band.
The Mayor of Warrington Cllr Geoff Settle said: “The Queen’s 90th birthday gives us a chance to get together in, hopefully, glorious sunshine to celebrate her birthday and her long reign and enjoy the gardens here at the Town Hall.
“Join us for a free afternoon of family fun, food and entertainment.”
The party takes place from 1-3pm on Sunday June 12 and places are limited to 500 – to book go to warrington.gov.uk/gardenparty.
